As of now, you can use any image from these shows: Angel, Blade (the series), Blood Ties, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Charmed, Dark Shadows, Dead Like Me, Dresden Files, Forever Knight, Ghost Whisperer, Heroes, Hex, Highlander, Kindred: The Embraced, Medium, Moonlight, New Amsterdam, Supernatural, Witchblade, and Wolf Lake!

The only catch is you'll be given lyrics to a song and you'll have to incorporate those lyrics (at least two consecutive words) onto the icon. So go check it out and have fun!!

Well, I got out of my summons thankfully! Okay so technically I didn't get out of it, they just dismissed us because they didn't need us. Let me tell you - sitting around only to go home was definitely not so much fun. BUT, there was a cute-ish guy that sat next to me both times we were there and we would occasionally talk. That was probably the most fun.

Now i'm back at school. I have to get ready for my sociology test that's tomorrow...gah, that will be fun.

Yeah, this is a lot of rambling. OH!

So shannon730 made two new communities for those Angel and Buffy fans out there:

btvs_ats_100 is a drabble challenge with a twist.

This community is based on the Harry Potter communities hp100 and grangersnape100, and many others out there for drabbles. This community is for 100 word drabble challenges in the BTVS/Angel fandom. This will be slightly different than most challenges though, rather than everyone working for themselves to win, you must choose a team to write for. You will write your own drabbles (you don't have to write as a team) but your team will get points for each drabble written.

whedon_art is a art challenge community for anything Buffy, Firefly and Angel!

This community is an art challenge community for Whedonverse art. Fandoms can include Buffy The Vampire Slayer, Angel, or Firefly. This list will eventually expand to include any other Whedon works. This is not an anonymous challenge so everyone will post their own work as they finish it, and this can include any type of art: Manips, icons, wallpapers, headers/banners, layouts, and drawings/paintings.

So if either of those seem interesting - go and join!!!

I must absolutely say this; I am honored that my layout was chosen to be used for the Angel Without Wings Award Site! Everyone who is a fan of Angel/Buffy should go over and nominate for their favorite author/story!! I am in a very happy mood, minus the technical difficulties that I seem to have with my mood theme.
